Even if your special tune isn’t included in our library of professional arrangements, The Royal Virginians can still accommodate your specific requests. Our current custom arrangement policy is as follows: Each arrangement requested will cost $60.00. Our only requirements are that a lead sheet (standard piano sheet music is acceptable) be furnished for the desired tune, and that the request and lead sheet be received not less than 120 days from the date of performance. Recordings of songs do not meet these requirements, although they may be helpful in conjunction with the piano music so that the arranger can hear how the original song was performed. Keep in mind that the song will be arranged in our "Big Band" style and will be perfect for your guests to dance to. Please indicate whether you want this song to have a vocal chorus or if you want it as a strictly instrumental piece.
